Thank you all for your valuable suggestions... I have compiled the list from your posts and I will ask my attorney as to what all from here can be submitted...
1. marriage certificate
2. wedding photographs
3. wedding card invitation
4. property papers on joint name
5. other investments on joint name might help.
6. Indian passport has spouse's name entered
7. "Lease papers"
8. "Medical insurance papers with name of the spouse"
9. joint tax filed as additional proof.
10. Her H4 stamping etc can be a proof too
I am now trying to come up with a affidavit format that I need to send to some folks in India who attended our wedding and get those too... I will keep you all posted..

I m surprised why this was not discussed with USCIS. Quarterly spill over reduces the waiting time, and also ensures a fair way of doing spillover. If the rules state it should be practiced and it has not been done till now it is something that IV can easily convince USCIS to practice quarterly spillover with its contacts.EB2 I will remain same

Hi Anna,
I see your point. You want to keep the momentum and keep
striking the iron when its hot.
But lets give the IV core and volunteers a few nights of good
sleep. They have all been working really hard and deserve this.
I am sure they have a strategic roadmap for us..
You know that's my point. do you really think we can't do nothing more?.....
we are highly sklilled smart and great immigrants creating the new America of the 21st century we can't just say, thats it lets wait.....
This country is about money, and we have the tremendous advantage that elections are coming, lets see the big picture.. why dont we jump to the next level from street protesters to work with one of the candidates or 2 or 3 , if they see money they will push our cause. Lets work on that now...
So those guys who attended the hearings or met with senators. what was the result? what did they accomplished? did they get the opportunity to participate with the senator or law maker in an action plan? or we just wasted that opportunity asking for autographs? please those guys post your comments.

You guys are doing a great job of higlighting our plight. I have also donated 100$. You guys should probably start a seperate thread for fund raising.
Anyways coming back to creating awarness. I thought somone should create a podcast something like the ones we hear on NPR. The other might take longer and that is to send a documentry to Google current. It a tv station that just airs user created content.
Yes you guys are right not many people are aware of the issue. Up untill a week back I was under the impression (ignorantly blissfull) that the bill being passed in senate is going to reduce the cap.
I think the first step to be treated on par with agriculture workers is to be organized like them.
I have send out personal emails to all my friends and if anyone wants to reuse please feel free.

While it is true that EB 3 india will take "forever" for those with priority date after 2005, USCIS has been coming down heavily on recent spate of EB3 to EB2 filings. One thing to ask an employer who claims to file EB2 on your behalf is whether they have applied similar EB2s successfully for candidates at similar position that they are offering you. If they fail to provide a satisfactory answer, they are more than likely luring you with a false promise.

I think initially due to rush the NSC sent apps to CSC because either the person's residence was in CA or Lawyer, In my case my lawyer is based in LA, CA. But now CSC is trasferring back the 485 apps to NSC where the 140 is being filled (or may be there is some other criteria). I am waiting for the EAD and AP approvals and FP notice.

Thanks to all the people who are participating in this small initiative. Yesterday evening the number was 27 and today it is 166. At this rate we should hit 300 by tomorrow morning.
