to convince them by saying that if a person can legally work in the US, a fact they acknowledge, the person can very well study! I don't think there would be any law that explicitly states this because it seems to be illogical that someone can work legally in a country, but not study! The reverse makes sense and that's why there are explicit laws about that. Good luck!

Immigration Voice cannot have individual cases that seek funds or help. Its just not the policy. If we allow that then we would have entire message board with just that issue as everyone has problems and some have more severe problems than others. We sympathize with everyone's issue but we cannot cater to individual cases as an organization.
The organization has to restrict its goals and set the priorities on what messages and issues get homepage attention.

EB2 ROW and EB2 Mexico were current full last year.. So take out 3000 visas for primary. It leaves 17000 Primary to share between India and China.
Even if it is 50% share, it would be 8500 primary applicants for india and china.
Still the PD for India did not move beyond December 2003.
I don't know man.. How many pending applications are there before 2004 for india EB2.

My original H1 expired last week. And I do have EAD. But need to bring my spouse in few months on H4. So can i use my EAD while H1 MTR is filed. And then go back on H1.

I can imagine.. I work on Assisted GPS platform on US Wireless Carrier Phones. So When he heard GPS, he (VO) must have raised the flag. Having said that, I am a direct employee, not through any consulting company or so. it is just a matter of time. Just wait and watch.
